Shipping Policy for The Brave Formula

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery

We use UPS for all shipments within the USA. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment on the UPS website using the tracking number provided.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. The Brave Formula is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact UPS directly or reach out to our customer service team. We will assist you in resolving the issue as promptly as possible.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

  • We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for all shipments.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We only ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories.
